Shipping Policy

We use Canada Post for domestic shipping.

 

 $15 Flat rate shipping on all orders across Canada.

We offer International shipping only to the USA. This is handled on an individual basis so we can inquire about the best rates and time for you. All duties are covered by the customer. Please contact us prior to ordering so we can further assist you.

Processing time for roasting and packaging your order is within 2-3 days.  We guarantee to have your order shipped within 48 hours after being roasted so you have the freshest beans possible.

 

 Canada Post standard shipping times across major urban centres in Canada are as follows:

  • Within the same city: 1 business day 

  • Within a region of Canada: 1-3 business days 

  • Between two regions of Canada: averages 2-7 business days

Please note that these are just general guidelines and we can not control Canada Post shipping times. Also please understand holidays may affect these shipping times.
